Single-ply roof systems are factory-manufactured membranes that are sheet-like. Single-ply membranes can be installed fully adhered, mechanically attached or held down with ballast. There are three types of single-ply membranes: thermoplastic (TPO), thermoset (EPDM) and PVC.
